Under the direction of its artistic director Lamar Elias, the Toulouse Student Symphony Orchestra (OSET) will present at the Halle de La Machine, on March 31 and April 1, its new program titled “Dances.”
As spring gently arrives, OSET invites the audience to embark on a musical journey full of movement and rhythm. From the frozen steppes of the Volga with the Polovtsian Dances by Alexander Borodin, to the vibrant heat of the streets of Mexico with Danzón No. 2 by Arturo Márquez, this program celebrates dance in all its forms. A mesmerizing journey in the heart of the Halle de La Machine, where even the machines themselves won’t be able to resist joining the dance!
