The Minotaur carry you on its back for daily excursions in the Montaudran district.
In November 2018, his first appearance in Toulouse during the show “Le Gardien du Temple” brought together more than 800,000 spectators. At the end of the show, his wings and his temple found, the Minotaur moved into the Halle of La Machine in the heart of the Montaudran district, accompanied by Ariadne, the giant spider.
This singular and monumental creature gallops, rears, falls asleep and can manipulate objects. Its presence brings the Piste des Géants to life and offers another look at this new district. Made mainly of wood and steel, with marks on its skin gilded with gold leaf, this giant 47-ton machine reaches 14 meters in height…
